2025 Entrance Ceremony

　

On April 1, 2025, Atom Group (comprising Atom Seimitsu Co., Ltd. and Nanshin Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.) held its annual entrance ceremony to welcome new employees.

　
This year, we are pleased to welcome six new team members—five at Atom Seimitsu (two in Manufacturing, one each in Design, Purchasing, and General Affairs), and one at Nanshin Seiki Seisakusho.

In addition, this year we welcomed one new employee each from Taiwan and Mongolia, bringing greater diversity to our workplace environment.

　　

　

The ceremony was held at our Hachioji Ongata Plant. Following the formal proceedings, new employees enjoyed a casual lunch with senior colleagues, fostering a warm and friendly atmosphere.

　
Their onboarding journey begins with external training in business etiquette, followed by in-house programs covering essential topics such as workplace safety, 5S practices, and ISO standards. Through departmental orientations and job rotations, they will gain hands-on experience, deepen their understanding of our operations, and explore their strengths.
